I didn’t think I would have gotten to say this moving to a fairly rural area of Vermont, but there’s a music festival coming to town! The 2nd annual NES Fest is a celebration at the North East slopes here in town and includes a nice line up of rootsy goodness local to area and beyond. Seven straight hours of rock, roots and bluegrass music from 6 different bands.

Also on site you can grab some craft beer from Vermont’s finest, food trucks, a 50/50 raffle for some killer skis to hit the slopes with this winter and there will be a pig roast competition as well.

Tickets are 15 bucks for adults and gets you 5 dollars off a lift ticket this winter. Get out and support some local artists, a great local program at the NES and have a good ole time!
