Southbound and gettin’ down: The Outlaw Roadshow heads to Nashville with a stacked line-up

Since 2012 our amigo and local Boston music aficionado Ryan Spaulding has teamed up with Adam Duritz of Counting Crows to bring its traveling band of artists and bands to cities all around the country (and world!). There are two things you never have to question about Spaulding and these rambling rodeos of rambunctious rock n’ roots music: his genuine love and passion for all the artists and their music is unwavering and spirited and, well the music will ALWAYS be fucking fantastic.

Just in time for Americana Fest, yesterday the line up for the Nashville shows of The Outlaw Roadshow were announced and in the nature of my intrigue I have begun listening through those artists who I am not as familiar with and celebrating those that I already love. Looking at the list and seeing some good friends and great musicians like Old Jack, Nate Leavitt and The Rationales is always a wonderful thing.

The Roadshow hits Music City September 15-17 and will feature 33 bands at The Mercy Lounge and High Watt. Its not too late to grab yourself a flight or hit the road tonight to get to town in time for the festivities.

Full line up and poster below.
