In listening to new music every day I come across a lot of artists I dig. Hey, I would go as far as to say I come across a lot of artists that I genuinely like and continue listening to for a long while to come. It is, however, extremely rare to be completely blown away by an artist’s latest record and be floored to see that they are coming remotely close to your town. Billy Strings is one of those rare ones.

My jaw could remain on the floor based on his pickin’ prowess alone, but the guitarist/singer-songwriter’s voice and songs only further propogate my awestruck mentality when witnessing his play or even just diving into his latest record, Turmoil and Tinfoil which is out today and you can pick up right here or most anywhere music is sold.
