DOCTOR GASP! 23rd Annual Tour Continues through October

What is that rumbling that you hear outside your window at night? The creak from the hallway? Well it’s an awful (ly nice) fright! Every October for over 2 decades, folk singer songwriter, and overall beautiful human being, Dan Blakeslee dons his skeleton mask and red fez to hit the road performing his spooky folk tales as Doctor Gasp.

I was lucky enough to have the Doctor stop over in our tiny town of Corinth on his path around New England and he performed at our townhall series, The Cookeville Coffeehouse, before heading on to Burlington for a show at Light Club Lamp Shop/Radio Bean and then coming back south again to perform at Standard Company Tattoo (which I was also more than happy to attend, and schedule a tattoo appointment in the process).

Here is a video of his tune “The Wax Museum” captured during his performance in Corinth. Check out the rest of his dates below and if he is passing through your area, get out and catch a show!
